We dispatch orders Wednesday to Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed by 3 PM will be processed within 5 working days. Heavier items may be shipped in multiple parcels or via courier. If Royal Mail is unavailable, we may use an alternative courier.

International Shipping:
Orders ship from the UK. Delivery times vary, and customs fees may apply. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. We are not liable for customs delays or external disruptions. Refused deliveries due to customs fees will not be refunded unless returned to us.

At the moment, we do not ship to the EU, Northern Ireland, and select countries (full list available on request).

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days in unused, original condition with tags & packaging.
  • Returns must include your order details and be sent to:
    The Warehouse, Station Rd, Llandeilo, Wales SA19 6NG, UK
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return.
  • We currently do not accept exchanges.

  • Intellectual Property: All website content is owned by Dinefwr Blankets and protected by ® trademark.
  • Liability Disclaimer: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

  • The Buyer acknowledges that all Dinefwr Blankets cloth is supplied for personal or end-use only. Any resale, reuse, or repurposing of the cloth for commercial purposes, personal or financial gain is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Dinefwr Blankets. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by UK law.

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify our terms at any time.
