At Dinefwr Blankets, we take pride in our shipping methods and packaging to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition.

Orders must be placed by 3 pm, please note that we dispatch orders Wednesday to Saturday only and do not dispatch on UK Bank Holidays.  Heavier items may be shipped in multiple parcels or sent via courier at our discretion. If Royal Mail services are unavailable, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier service.

International Customers:

All orders are shipped directly from the UK, and we do not have any control over how long delivery services may take to reach your destination. Additionally, you may be required to pay customs fees when your parcel arrives in your country.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. However, please note that we are not responsible for any external delays beyond our control, including but not limited to postal service delays, customs processing, or acts of nature, refunds are not issued if there are external delays.

As the consumer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processes or the taxes applied, and we cannot provide an exact estimate of these charges, as they vary widely depending on your location. For orders exceeding your country’s customs threshold, import fees are typically applied. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

If you choose to refuse delivery because you do not want to pay the associated import duties, customs charges, or local taxes, we cannot refund the cost of the goods unless they are returned to us. Please be aware that it is up to the courier and customs office to decide whether to return the goods or destroy them. In either case, shipping costs are non-refundable.
